This Calypso variscite stone came from a nugget. I love cutting the nuggets, as they always yield the BEST cabs of this material! I gave the wide band a little contour at the bottom of the shank to make it a bit more comfy. Wide bands aren’t for everyone, but once you wear it for awhile, it’ll grow on ya! I’d say it fits more like an 8. Calypso variscite is hand mined out of the Tonopah area of Nevada.
