Rare Tenabo Variscite necklace / 20″ chain
This Tenabo Variscite is super rare. Only 400 grams were pulled out of the ground by an old prospector/miner who traveled all over Nevada back in the day. He would keep hand drawn maps of all the places he found material. This particular variscite was found near some tunnels in the Mill Canyon Mine, which is now owned by Barrick Gold. So there probably will never be anymore of this material that will see the light of day. I scored two of these cabochons and made this sterling silver pendant and a ring for myself. Solid sterling/fine silver, hand made from start to finish. 20″ venetian box chain.
