John Ragland of San Antonio, Texas cut this cabochon and made this cuff. Made out of sterling silver, the cuff will fit a wrist of 6" or smaller, but is fully adjustable. John used to buy material from Rodney as well, and goes to Quartzsite every year. One of these days we will meet there!!! John has worked for USAA for the past 30 years and does lapidary and silversmithing on his off days. He lives in San Antonio with his girlfriend Heather.
